T-Jack is Back as the Vikings Starter

Tarvaris Jackson is back as a starter and the NFC North leading Vikings are thanking their lucky stars

Ever since Tarvaris Jackson was benched earlier in the season in favor of veteran Gus Frerotte, I preached just wait and we will see T-Jack get his chance again.

Jackson’s chance came last week as he came off the bench after Frerotte injured his back to lead the Vikings to a comeback 20-16 win over the Lions to keep the Vikings on track to win the NFC North.  In the game against the Lions, T-Jack was accurate and did everything to move the chains.  The young thrower looked very good finishing with passing numbers 8-10, 105 yards and the game-winning touchdown pass.

In his first start since week 2, Jackson was spectacular as he led the Vikings over the Cardinals 35-14 in Arizona.  T-Jack should have earned his job back as he beat a playoff team on the road throwing for great passing numbers of 11-17, 163 yards, and 4 TDs.

  1. Hello Sports Fans!!!!!!!!! Corey the “Coach” is Back! Tarvaris Jackson was great. I thought Minnesota did him wrong by blaming him for their slow start. Again, it’s very different for the Black QB. The Vikings organization needs to be ashamed, This young man from Alabama State is the answer for them. However, if he is not perfect he will be removed from his duties. It’s sad that a person’s skin complection still matters. What is this country really about?
