Donovan McNabb Ready to Move On With Eagles

I guess the Eagles’ offensive moves this off-season (Trading for Jason Peters, Signing Stacey Andrews, and drafting rookies Jeremy Maclin and LeSean McCoy) have placated formerly disgruntled quarterback Donovan McNabb.  As usual McNabb did his talking through his blog saying,  “You’ll notice that I am ready to move forward”.   McNabb added, “I’m the first to admit that you must learn from your failures, I also believe that you cannot change the past. It’s time to focus on the future.”

Alright then that is the last everyone wants to hear how his November 2008 benching was handled and that he was miffed causing him to need a “talking” session with Eagles brass.  McNabb, who has two years remaining on his contract, surely will be at minicamp this Friday and look for him to be focused on football.

The Birds have done a lot to give Big 5 the weapons he has wanted.  Now we will see if all of these new pieces can come together, so the team can chase another trip to the Super Bowl
