NFL fans, like this Panthers’ face painter, will be able to start planning their fall weekends and “predicting” their team’s wins/losses when the league’s schedule is released on April 20th
Get your roadtrip planner ready. Since it appears that league schedule maker Howard Katz, an NFL senior vice president overseeing league media operations and a former president of ABC Sports, has finally completed his arduous task for another year.
The NFL will announce their 2010 regular season schedule (256 games) at 7pm ET on Tuesday, April 20th during a two-hour special on the NFL Network. The schedule will also be unveiled on NFL.com too.
Katz said back in 2006 about the overall process of creating the NFL’s regular season schedule, “We’re not sure we nailed everything…It’s a terribly complicated process, and we hope to avoid unintended consequences.”
I wonder where Mr. Katz placed the two Eagles-Redskins regular season games, probably in Prime Time, as everyone wants to see how former Philadelphia quarterback Donovan McNabb plays against his old team.
